Winter Bridesmaid Dresses that Will Make You Look Great

I have seen a bazillion of bridesmaids sporting some variation of the traditional-style bridesmaid dress (whatever that might be). The problem is that sometimes people forget that a bridesmaid dress does not have to be shiny or silk or in a shape which looks nice on most women, however, isn’t especially flattering on any young woman. This is why I simply have to show you some of the most beautiful and super-stylish dresses, which Brides.com picked for winter bridesmaids. They are all so perfectly stylish and not-bridesmaidish. I would love to wear any of them as a bridesmaid. And then again to a New Year party! Below are three of my absolute favorites.

Which would you wear?

Icy hues, such as pale blue and silver, are the best colors for winter ceremonies. The festive Vineyard Collection dress (right) is an ideal choice for a posh cocktail reception. And adding a wrap or chic jacket to a dress makes it winter-perfect. I especially like the adorable bolero on the Aria dress (left).

This Kirstie Kelly Maidens for Disney Fairy Tale Weddings dress can go straight from a winter wedding to a high school reunion party. Okay, this was a joke (or is it), but you can definitely wear it after the wedding. The feather flower shoulder detail is super cute. It gives the dress the perfect party-ready feel.
